Welcome to Wornex. By using the Wornex mobile app or related services ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not agree with these terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for your personal and commercial use. You must comply with all applicable laws and must not misuse the App or attempt to access it by any unauthorized means. If using the App for commercial purposes, you are responsible for compliance with all relevant business regulations and terms applicable to your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Content
Users may provide content to the App. You retain ownership of your content but grant Wornex a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Do not engage in illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for business reasons.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as-is." Wornex disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wornex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Wornex and its affiliates collect, use, disclose, and manage your information. It applies to information collected through the App and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: name, email address, username, profile photo when you create an account or sign in with third-party providers.
- User Content: text, photos, videos, and other content you submit through the App.
- Device & Usage Data: device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and usage metrics (features used, logs, crash reports).
- Location Data: approximate or precise location if you grant permission; used only for features that require location.
- Media Permissions: access to your camera, microphone, photos or files only when you explicitly allow it to upload or capture media.
- Contacts: if you choose to sync contacts, we will access and store those contacts to enable social features; this is optional.
- Payment Information: payment data processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and features.
- To authenticate and manage accounts, and provide customer support.
- To personalize content and recommendations.
- To analyze usage, diagnose issues, and monitor performance.
- To send transactional messages, updates, and legal notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
- With your consent or at your direction.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The App may use third-party services and SDKs such as analytics providers, crash reporters, and advertising networks. These third parties may collect data directly and have their own privacy policies. Examples include:
- Facebook Login and Facebook Platform APIs: If you sign in with Facebook or connect your Facebook account, we may receive basic profile information and any other permissions you grant. We use Facebook data only for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with Facebook Platform policies.
- Analytics and Crash Reporting: tools for measuring usage and fixing issues.
- Advertising SDKs: if enabled, to support ad personalization subject to your choices and applicable law.
5. Choices and Controls
- You can access and update your account information in account settings.
- You can revoke permissions (camera, location, contacts) in your device settings.
- If you use Facebook Login, you can manage the app's permissions from your Facebook account settings.
- To opt out of analytics tracking where available, follow the instructions in the App or in device settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed or stored outside your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by law.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under applicable minimum ages; if we become aware we have, we will take steps to delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us as described below. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We will not sell Facebook data or use it for undisclosed purposes. We comply with Facebook Platform policies and with any review requirements when publishing the App on the Facebook Developer platform.
